All Sales Are Final
Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once engraving has been completed.
Order Accuracy & Proof Approval

Design proofs are provided for custom orders upon request.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all design proofs.

Once a proof is approved, we are not liable for any errors (including spelling, layout, or design choices).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if there is a mistake due to our error:

Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the case and may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.
Shipping Policies

Mail-In Items
For customer-supplied items (e.g., firearm parts, magazines, knives):

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or defects.

Items will be engraved as specified in your order or approved proof.

If an engraving error occurs due to our fault, we may offer a replacement (if available), a partial refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled prior to design approval or the start of engraving. Once engraving has begun, cancellations are not permitted.
